Dynamic String Arts (“DSA”) respects the privacy of students, families and institutional contacts who visit this website.

The Diagnostic Review form works within your browser. What you enter is not uploaded to or stored by this website. When you continue, the site prepares a message for the contact service you select. DSA receives that information only if you choose to send it through WhatsApp, WeChat or another stated contact channel.

The website may record limited, aggregated interaction events, such as a page view, selection of a review button, preparation of a contact handoff or selection of a contact channel, together with the page language and route. These events do not include form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message text, cookies or device fingerprints.

The hosting and security provider may process basic technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser information, request time and requested page, under its own terms.

WhatsApp, WeChat and telephone services operate independently of this website. If you use one of them, that provider processes your information under its own privacy terms. Processing may take place outside your country or region.

Contact requests must be completed by an adult, or by a parent, legal guardian or other properly authorised representative acting for a student. Please do not send identity numbers, medical or financial information, confidential school records or private files through this website.

Messages you choose to send may remain in the selected communication service and in DSA’s business correspondence for as long as reasonably required to respond, maintain appropriate records and meet applicable obligations.

For a privacy question or a request concerning information you have sent to DSA, use one of the verified contact channels displayed on this website. Please do not send identity documents unless DSA has first provided a suitable secure method.

DSA may update this notice when the website or its information-handling practices change.
